Due to the kind of tap water in Chile, mineral-derived limescale (Sarro) tends to appear easily.
It tends to occur not only in bathrooms and kitchen sinks, but also in electric kettles.
(If it accumulates, it can be a cause of malfunctions in home appliances and equipment…)
In cleaning products’ aisles in supermarkets, you can find cleaners specifically designed to remove limescales on different parts.
Try to see if the product you grabbed has a label that says “Anti sarro’‘.

It’s ideal to clean not only around the stove, but also the filter inside the ventilation fan, as grease/dirt could be a contributing factor to the unpleasant noise when you turn the fan on.
For oil stains in the kitchen, please try a cleaner labeled “Anti grasa“.

Attention

Depending on the materials of the parts you clean, the cleaning supplies you may use vary. (It’s vital to check if your floor is coated or not, as well.)
Please make sure if the products are suitable to the cleaning area before applying.
