Usually, the monthly bills include water, gas, and electricity bills, and each bill arrive your mailbox that is on the 1st floor of your building (Conserjería) a month later.
*This is why, we count on the bills of the last month of your stay when we calculate the security deposit refund a month after your move-out.Since the bills you receive on the first month can include the amounts used up by the former residents or the property owner, please send them us so that we calculate the utility bills used up by you based on the information we noted on the room check list, and charge you the amount.
Also, you can check your water/electricity companies’ name and your customer number/ID from the utility bills. This information can be useful not only to pay the bills from the next month, but also to gather information in case of power/water outage.
