Room tours
When you have some options in your mind, you can book room tour with us.
Usually, we present room tours from 10am to 2pm and from 3pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday, but we can also arrange hours according to your availability. Please let us know!

*As a custom in Chilean real estate industry, when a rental contract is signed for a property, the real estate agency fee (equivalent to half a month’s rent) is claimed by the real estate agent who showed the property first. Therefore, in case we show you an apartment that you have already visited, please make sure to let us know.
Also, to avoid duplication of visits, please note that after visiting properties on our list, we will ask for your signature to prove that we showed you the properties.
