What do the services come with?
In Mitani, our clients receive total support in English even after signing a housing contract. As our post-sales services, we provide furniture/home appliances rental services and repair/replacement/maintenance (excluding properties with new construction warranties or storage) of our rental products and leased property equipment.

*Please note that we cannot accept requests for repairs/replacements that are only for aesthetic issue.
Attention
Any defects you see within two weeks of moving in will be considered as initial defects, and we will repair them without charges.
*Except for intentional or negligent actions on the part of clients.
**After 2 weeks from moving in, any defects will be recognized as damages “caused by the tenants” or “other than initial defects” under Chilean house-rent rules, and the clients will be responsible for the costs incurred.
Fees included:
-transportation of our staffs to clients’ home
(Usually, when you request repairs to a third-party contractor, they charge you transportation fee just to provide an estimate or the on-site services.)
-the service fee
Fees NOT included:
-additional parts for the requested repairs/replacements
-any fees for third-party contractors, in case our staffs are unable to carry out the repairs/replacements.
How does it work?
- ①Let us know
- Contact our dedicated department (operaciones@mitani-holding.com or WhatsApp) explaining the issues/defects with their pictures.
- ②Book on-site services
- After our staffs or third-party contractors revise your case, we will contact you to schedule our visits to check the situation in advance, and then to conduct the repairs.
- ③Get an estimate
- After our staffs’ revision and confirmation of repairs/replacements that are needed, we will send you an estimate of the maintenance fee if there are any additional costs.
If you agree to the cost, please let us know that “you place the maintenance request”.
- ④Let us take care of it
- On the booked date, our staffs or third-party staffs will visit your house to conduct the maintenance.
Though it will depend on our staffs’ availability, if needed, we can also provide translation services on-site or via phone call.
After the maintenance is completed, our finance department will emit an invoice (Factura) that corresponds to the estimated cost.
- ⑤Get followed up
- After the payment is completed, our staffs will contact you to make sure that all the issues are solved.
*If we don’t get any responses from you for 3 days after our last email/message, we will assume that the problem is solved, and your case will be closed.
